I took this shot at a movie set located out in the Mojave Desert. The feel of this location just screamed black and white photos. Our kids loved this shot I took of my wife Diane. So there you go.......

An old fire truck sits out in the desert , a testament to times past and extreme weather.
Deserts
On our road trip up Hwy 395 we stopped at Alabama Hills for the night. Of course the next morning I woke early to take advantage of the morning light on the hills. I took this this shot of early light and a lone hiker up on the second row of rocks ( not to noticeable ) I wanted to show the depth and scale of the landscape.
